Aman Rai is a certified advanced yoga nidra teacher, ayurveda wellness counselor and vedic scholar. It was after graduating from university that Aman began to experience PTSD, anxiety and chronic stress from past experiences and circumstances. She learned to manage and overcome her health conditions through the practice of yoga, energy work & meditation. She teaches courses & trainings in mindful meditation, yin yoga, ayurveda and Yoga Nidra.
